I don't really have an opinion on this because I really can't think of the most embaressing way. Maybe by throwing a grenade it hitting the wall and you running into it witch happens way to much for me in search and destroy.

Definatly throwing a grenade and it hitting an edge or something and killing you. Or holding it too long.

yes i hate that when it happens it sucks =)

when you get headshotted in hardcore by a smoke grenade damnit itś the best way to kill though.

oh yh and when you get killed by your OWN helicopter !!! stupid thing

lol i kno this is a bit specific but
in SnD some1 hides near bombsite
u plant bomb and while ur still prone they teabag u
u get up and run away cuz u didnt see him
he defuses it and before it say u lose or watev they kill u
ninja defuse and ninja kill...hehehe

i got a couple so i will list them: (not in any specific order)

trying to hold onto a grenade and suicide grenade someone when suddenly the guy gets sniped

trying to do a glitch and getting head shotted

falling off the building in crash while you are trying to climb down without walking into enemies on the stairs

tru story. cooking a nade then getting killed by someone elses random nade so you drop yours. Then respawning right on top of the nade you just droped... Happened to me a few days ago...
