It could be that the codes work but the way you bypass could overwrite them, If you delete the patch and copy your hacked gamesave and play split screen (offline ; no bypass) they should all work, If they dont then its the code but if they do work in split screen but not in bypass then just try to bypass again until they work. I have the same problem, I just bypass over and over again till they work.
