I rush but if I am using a weapon like a sniper I tend to camp unless I am using steady aim Winky Winky.

A good position for Ninja Defusing then I'll whip out mah ninja class and double tap that triangle button

If its a good close quarters or just a map that's good in general I'll rush and destroy the team

Depending on the competition, camping wins.
Rush will get you a couple of kills sometimes, but a camper with a sniper or m16 could easily take you out.
