Wired Connection: unplug either cable from ps3 to router, and still try downloading patch and then it should let you bypass the error code.

if you take your ethernet cable out you are no longer on the network !! so you ps3 cant connect through proxy ! i really dont understand how you can disable your internet yet still connect through a network ??
