Here are a list of BYPASS methods, they may work for you.

I know some people say there isnt any method, its strictly "luck" well it isnt, some of these facts can help u bypass with in 5-6 trys.


Things you should have and do:

Turn Auto Sign in off.
Have a good connection
Use wired instead of wireless
Have a friends list with over 60+


A list of basic methods found around most forums:


#1 Start cod4, & dont skip the cinematics, Press the PS button and sign in & out.

#2 Same as #1 but continues, sign in & out on cinematics, do this 3 times or so, then skip the cinematics, go to multiplayer & sign in & out in the xmb.

#3 Using Just Ps3 Proxy, there are tutorials on how to use ps3 proxy, just search it.

#4 Ps3 proxy with commview, yet again search it.

#5 Ps3 proxy with (packet injection) for more advanced work 100% but very difficult.



My method:


#1a This is my personal method that I have figured out, go into splitscreen, with your hacks, you must have the "speed up scale" and "slow down scale (slowmo)" hacks for this to work.


Start a random match in splitscreen, and turn on your Speed up hack, best result is "6.0" normal is "1.0", doing this changes your FPS, creating "LAG".
Play around for abit and leave the match with you Speed up hack still on, go back to multiplayer menu, you will notice that your game sound is playing fast and your highlight is glowing fast also.
This speeds up the game so you have greater chance getting in the online menu, now attempt to sign in, this normally works first try for some people.

Now if that doesnt work for you, try the slowmo hack, and back out and try to sign in.


#2b Another method, same as #1a but different, start a match in splitscreen, what your gonna try and do is lag your PS3, there is a glitch called "fireball" or "UFO" or something like that.
Its this white cloud which is floating in the air, normally when you walk into it you begin to lag..

Now to do this, go into a corner of a room, get your rocket launcher, speed up the game time, and shoot as many times in the corner untill, you will see a stuck rocket.

Another way of doing this is, planting like 500 C4's in a circle and blowing it up, the game cant take the explosion from the graphics, as the high rate of FPS.
When u have blown the pack of C4's, normal there will be a red light flashing in the ground, and when u look into it, your screen goes all laggy.

Now why am I telling you to do this? Well, when you lag your ps3 it has been said that it lets u bypass easy, like the cinematic.
If you have managed to get the glitch, look into it so everything goes all laggy, press the PS button and attempt to sign in, this had worked for me and I managed to bypass first try.


These are my ways of bypassing, I hope this will help the people who cant bypass easy, due to there rubbish connection.
If these dont work for you then dont bother flamming me because this has worked 100% for me.

Yes you have to use proxy with packets, its the only way to forward your packets.

You said it helps when you are in a split screen game and make it lag.
You could throw infinite smoke grenades .. this laggs the game aswell doesn't it?
Only 1 downside in this split screen way: If it doesn't work and get signed out you get kicked out the split screen game and have to start 1 up again ...
