Post: ps3 Map pack install via proxy (vid)

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This install of the map pack for COD4 was tested via Proxy. I tried to trick the ps3 into thinking it was downloading it from a ps network site but instead it was downloading it from a folder in my computer. This is called ".Download PS3 PROXY REVERSE" so don’t look for a special software it is done through proxy. As you can see the file load over to the ps3 but won’t install.:confused:

If anyone has any info or sugestions. , plz post this is here to help explain and resolve issues amongst each other .That’s why forums were created for. Thanks to all with helpful info.

its because it got patch in a firmwire update as people where downloading games and playin them via usb etc...

there is a away to transfer it via puttin ur connection into local.

Ye what he said, lot's of people got error's like that while using reverse proxy method. But just like ingie said, you must put you connection into local so that your pc/ps3 are connected to eachother but not with the internet ...

Are you using like, a capture card? If not could you tell us how you do that (in a very detailed tutorial.) Because then i could make montages :d

1-Im using a EasyCap [ATTACH]345[/ATTACH]
2-software ULead Video Studio
3-Turn on PS3 (Playstation is connected vis EasyCap usb to pc)
4-Open Ulead
5-select movie wizard(a new windo opens)
6-click capture image( little window pop up just ckilck ok)
7-Besure Source is the hardware u r using
8-set format to AVI (PS: if you have a blank screen go to opt.>Vid. and Aud. setting and check taht the input source is Video composite and that TV system is NTSC)
AND WALA THERE IS PSP ON PC.
