Yup you cant be 12 or lower even if you are prestiged it will give you an error. You can also use the UAV hack to get yourself back up to level 12.

Yes, after every rank, i myself could not do it at level 12.
So i used unlimited UAV to get me to level 20 and it positively worked.
Try lowering It does not take alot of time calling in the uavs.
Just use the timescale 6.0 or something.

you dont necissarily need the UAV hack anymore, you just need to toggle the xp rate from 1500 to 15000 and Yes you can be level 12.
Level 12 on every rank, then you can use the 15000 xp rate

So i have to get to rank 12 until i can do it. Ok thats cool ill rank up tonight.
