Yes you could use the bind "scr_xpscale 2000" or something like that, but it only alters the ammount of xp you gain and doesn't affect your score.

thats the only way you can change the ammount of XP you get, it does not affect your score on the leaderboards, so using my cage to S& hack with "scr_xpscale 1000" will give you 50,000 XP a kill, but only add 50 score to the leaderboard.
