Am I able to use:

set ui_mapname "mp_shipment;exec ../../../dev_usb000/test.cfg" then?

I found Elitemossy's tutorial over in the Mw2 section...

Im not sure, it will most likely work for you but you cant infect people because they wont have a flash drive with that cfg file on it.

CUSTOMPATCHER did that in one of his menus. Infects with the .CFG File.

No. I mean infecting people with a dvar to make their PS3 load a .CFG off their PS3. It wouldnt work because they wouldnt have the .CFG, the host would.
