In the first black ops Activision made a huge mess up with the snipers, they were ridiculously underpowered, they're was spots to use snipers from long range but it was no where near as fun as sniping on the Battlefield games. Personally, I think that quickscoping should be in the game as it is extremely fun and is one of the reasons many people have not gone over to the Battlefield franchise.

Black Ops sniping was perfect. You could still 'Quickscope', it just wasn't as fast as MW. I used to wreak havoc with the L96, definately wasn't underpowered, are you kidding?

I hope BO2 sniping is the same as BO1, which I think it will be :-D

Too many people think quickscoping has to be quick (Faster ADS). They introduced that in MW2 I believe but it did start out with the slow ADS & people were & are still great with that play style. To answer your questions, Yes.

In my opinion, I think CoD4 had sniping perfect. It had a good range of snipers, good ADS speed (not too fast or too slow) and I can honestly say that I encountered less hitmarkers.

I don't care about quick scope in Black Ops 2 because i'll buy GTA V.
But i think it'll be gret if you can qs in Black Ops 2.

i dont see how this discussion turned into ads speed? in black ops it was made to where your cross hairs swayed super hard when you zoomed in at first. and yea, i hope that it isnt like that in black ops 2...it would be sweet it there was no hard sway when you zoom in :y:

I'd say even if there isn't faster ADS , there will still be quickscoping..

The quick ADS dont matter as long as you can aim!
