iHcJames has somehow got his hands on BO2 & modded it! he is also known for modding MW3 & leaking terminal gameplay before it was even announced.
So what do you guys think.

It's not all on treyarch, some of the fault is in microsoft for not putting as much time into the security for games like ps3 where is you want to mod any new call of duty you would need the private sony keys..Which would take a lot more effort that xbox..

Lol the game won't be seeing the Xbox Marketplace for around another 5-6 months! They are never on the Marketplace till like January!
Plus the Game is not complete yet, still has 1 month left of Development before the Disk Pressing stage!

Issnt this not just some sort of beta? Because you gotta remind that he is not playin alone, or is he playing something like Combat Training mode?
Also what some others have said is that Microsoft doessnt spent alot of time securing their xbox more than they should, which also makes it easier to hack it(or mod, whatever:p)
