Actually they said that Clans will be active in Bo2 and you will be in the same clan you are in and the level will be reset to 0 for Bo2 but u will still have the same level for mw3.

Seen that and as I said, it doesn't say anywhere in that, that clans will be reset in black ops 2.
So please next time have some evidence to support what you said.
