I heard that Black Ops 2 Elite Service will be free of charge. But, will the Elite Clans stay at the same level?

Honestly I'm glad they're resting them. Give us another chance to earn things like we did in MW3, and to get more double XP should they offer it for leveling you're clan up.

I'm not sure why anybody would question if they would reset or not. Unless they were going to continue from 50-100 then why wouldn't they? It's not like prestiges carry over so why would clan levels? It also gives us all a fresh start. I am glad the actual clans themselves carry over though.
