Note: You can't rip it from Blu-Ray Disk using Blu-Ray burner because of AACS. You can use Latest multiman or any other preferable backup manager to back up on PS3 CFW. As you backup, you will be able to transfer it to your PC HDD using ftp server. I recommend using FlashFXP ftp client to do the transfer. Add the backup folder (e.g. BLESxxxxx-[Black Ops 2]) to an archive using Winrar. All you have to right click>add to archive. Spilt the .rar file by 1GB (1024 MB). no you dont need all files to extract a rar archive. just tick "keep broken files" in the extract options.
my theorie is the following: as long as we have the eboot and the other 2 selfs, It could be possible to play the game.. like there are the mp_mapname1.pak and mp_mapname1.ff it should be possible to play just on "mapname1" (sry I dont know the map names lol)

these files are in my bo1 folder and I guess you need them (you dont need mapname_2.ff unless you actually load mapname2 in bo2 )
