believe it or not, my phat ps3... earlier today after way of making a new account method i was in zombies pre-game lobby for 2nd or 3rd i think tranzit game... And suddenly ps3 switched off & red beeping/LED light was flashing.

Yeah i've got another phat ps3 & an OFW 4.30 slim i'm on now (typing this on now)... & ye thanks i know YLOD's pretty simple & easy to fix but i don't have the things required (& also but don't tell anyone ha but i don't want to cos i've butter finger hands, unsteady/nervous hand at times & i'll probably just somehow while opening accidentally rip out the bluray drive cable & something else'll forget, once before years ago almost happened :whistle: And ye :/
So but ye i'm thinking of sending to this repair company instead You must login or register to view this content. , they're pros & cheapest than others & also mainly cos they've got a professional reflow & infrared station they use, so ye i'm thinking it's done perfectly & also better than the DIY simple version way, & PS3'll last a lot longer i think.

You all sound sad, creating or using an account with you never were banned on or modded on in BLACK OPS 1 may get you online, it has worked for a lot of my friends who all of whom were banned or modded at 1 point in BLACK OPS 1. I HAVE READ WHAT EVERY IS SAYING ABOUT IT BEING IMPOSSIBLE TO CARRY A BAN TO BLACK OPS 2 BUT IN FACT THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. For a few people whom i do cant get online at all on any account with the modded console they uesed for BLACK OPS 1 but can easily get online with another ps3 thats never been modded on or has any USER ID's that were oned used to mod with or have been banned from at one time on BLACK OPS 1. I KNOW, I KNOW, YOU ALL THINK ITS BULLSHIT BUT IN FACT I HAVE GATHERED WAY MORE THEN ENOUGH TO KNOW IT 1 REASON WHY A LOT OF YOU ARENT GETTING ON LINE,

TRY TO LOG IN USING A NEW FRESH ACCOUNT 1ST ON YOUR PS3 YOUR HAVING TROUBLES WITH, - MAKE SURE YOU DELETE ALL BANNED OR MODDED ACCOUNTS ON THAT PS3 1ST, DELETE BLACK OPS GAME DATA. AND RE-DOWNLOAD ALL BO2 DLC.

THIS WORKED FOR ME. ALTHOUGH I CANT USE MY MAIN ACCOUNT AT ALL FROM WHAT I USED FOR BO1 AND MW3.

GO AHEAD, ASK THEM. TELL THEM YOU USED TO MOD BO1 AND ASK WHY YOU CANT PLAY BO2? Id they banned you they wouldnt give you some "server error" message they would literally use the word ban. No one on my friends ' list hacks and they get the same error message former banned people get.

How can't you guys realize we need a patch. No one is banned, but the servers are screwed up.

You have no clue what you are talking about, nobody has been banned from Black ops 2, they are having server issues.

It doesn't matter if you modded black ops 1 on your console or not, this is not the reason people can't get online to play the game. League play was working fine when I had the "disconnected from server" issue and when I had the error while searching for a public game, which is the issue everyone is now having, if this means you are banned then explain to me why I was playing online about 1 hour ago.

You telling people to go buy a new PS3 because you modded Black ops 1 is stupid, have patience and you will get back online. WHEN THEY FIX THE SERVERS
