they told me ON NOV 13 :

I do apologize for the inconvenience. It seems like there's something going on that's preventing you from having a stable connection with the servers. I would recommend putting your console into the DMZ of your router/modem. If you're unfamiliar with that process I would recommend contacting your router/modem's manufacturer for assistance. You will also need to give your console a static IP address. Here's a guide on that process: You must login or register to view this content.

black ops 2 always freeze for me so you have to do 1 of these steps :
#1 Sign out then get in zombies/multiplayer/zombies then sign in
#2 wait all friend list to load / there clours / avatars

I haven't wasted my breath contacting them, I will just wait for them to fix because there is nothing else you can do about it, contacting support is pointless

Mine started working magically a couple hours ago. Someone here posted they could get back online so I turned mine one. I've been playing about 3 hours solid now. Not gonna log out till I go to work just incase.

I just used Google searches and watched TV. Why waste minutes for someone to tell you what you already and can't tangibly fix for you.

I legit don't know what people think callling is going to do. For one we know what was wrong most likely which is servers not being able to handle early on. Also it's not like the Support people know an exact time and date for resolution. There is nothing they could do or would know.

My point exactly, also i'm guessing that the support department have been told what to tell you "we are aware of the issue and it will be resolved as soon as possible" is usually what they would tell you.

A more worthwhile call would be to ask for compensation if the freezing fucks our console over lmao
