(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is what they said. Which wasn't at all helpful for me as I called on Tuesday took me around 2 hours to get though & still can't get online. After the phone call she sent me a email with these instructions. Maybe it will help some of you guys to get online. SOMADRIGHTNOw.

Thank you for contacting Activision Customer Support,
I apologize that you are experiencing this issue, it seems to me that you are having a connectivity problem. What you will need to do is open some ports within your router.What you will need to do is go to You must login or register to view this content. , locate your router make/model click on it,(ont the left hand side) once you click on it, . Than you will scroll down and see a list find PS3 Call of Duty Black Ops II. Once you click on that it will navigate you to another page giving you step by step and screen shots in order to complete this process. Make sure you do not skip the first step it is very important to set you Static IP address to the correct setting.If you have any problems opening you ports your self you can always contact you Internet Service provider for further assistance with this all you will need to do is give them the port numbers below.

The ports you will need open are:
(TCP) 5223
(UDP) 5223, 3478-3479, 3658

EDIT - I can now get online on my other account, Wasn't able to yesterday. Still can't get onto my main account, still mad!

I am sorry that you have been having trouble with connecting to the game at this time. I did see that you where unable to sing in to your account. I would suggest trying to use a different account to make sure that there is not a problem there. If you still can not sign on to a different account I would suggest to try port forwarding. This can help with most connection issues. The best way to go about doing this would be to go to this site.

anyone tried to contact sony support? i think its their fault, if you can play with an other account but not with your main account.

Well I just spoke to a guy from sony and he said it's NOT A BAN. It is a server issue with activision. Even the sony rep has issues. Best solution he said was to play offline until it's fixed (lol). So please to all, enough with these x files theories about banning.
