(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just started using Emp grenades and it has officially replace the shockcharge which I was using on all my classes.Since I started using this I've been going 90+kills and under 8 deaths 4 games today in nuketown and 109-6 nuketown which is because of these grenades.

The emp grenades are extremlely overpowered but until they are nerfed(and I believe they will be)I find them the best to use for gaining scorestreaks

Facts
Emp grenades can travel thru all walls under and above maps.What this means is say for example In hijacked your in the ships engine room,throw a emp grenade and it will effect players on the second and third level of ship(if thrown directly under that area)

Emp grenades can destroy Hunter killer drones,sentry guns,guardians,Agrs(need 3 for agr),helicopers,and possibly hellstorm(never tried this)

Emp grenades count as 50points towards your next killstreak if they get a assist.And due to their wide blast radius you almost always get 1 or two assist(especially on nuketown)this translates into each emp giving you a "kill" per say.

Emp grenades destroy all equiptment

Emp grenades take off radar(so if someone calls in a orb vsat)if you and/or your team bombard them with

emp grenades you can in essance stall or counter their orb vsat.

Emp grenades will prevent you from calling in scorestreaks until it wears off

Overall emp grenades are a great tactical choice dont see many player use this(yet)and they are extremely overpowered.

Just thought id share some of the features of them as I never new they had such a wide radius and could destroy hunter kill drones.

i destroyed a hellstrom yesterday with emp's thay take two to kill agr's there the best thing on objective games

Yeah, I gave them a try after I met a random guy who kept using them to destroy pretty much everything I had (mines, shockwave nades, streaks etc).. they're absolutely awesome, I only use those now.
And if you find those opponents who camp a room with like 2 betty, 2 shockwave, plus guardian(s) and turret(s).. just throw one EMP nade and you'll see your scorestreak meter skyrocket.

And like you said, they can destroy pretty much any scorestreak, including the dragonfire.

Ive been using them forever. Just throw them up when you spawn or where you know there is a guardian, or claymores , etc free 200 points

ive been using them for ages now, soooo underated, i can see them getting nerfed if they start getting over used though

My only problem is the duration for which they affect you is too long in my opinion, I actually spent nearly half a game without my HUD being EMP'd by only 2 enemies using them.
Besides that I think they're fine, I think they should just reduce the duration of effect on players.

Overpowered? no just a great counter.

They can also straight up kill people if the enemy is weakened or hit dead on gotten a quite a few kills
