You'll have to give em your birthday date *the one that you used with your account assuming that you didnt used your real one*,your security question,etc. BTW how did you got hacked? did you gameshared the pass with other guy or what?

which ones important date of birth or secret answer? cuz i know my date of birth but am not sure about my secret answer

i got hacked by sharing season thn i came to a guy were he hacked me

And my friend closed my insignia account down or i think he told me sony are investagting while they shuted my account down

Both are very important try to remember your secret answer.and you shouldnt have gameshared your account maybe your friend gave your account info to another person and that person probably got butthurt because he couldn't download the pass and changed your account info.Shit like that happens

You have to call em so they can help you with your account they will ask you the question via telephone

Just Call SONY And Explain Everything, This Happened To Me Before And Some Questions They Asked Me Was:

1. Name Of Account
2. Adress Of Your Account
3. And MOST Important For Recover It SERIAL Number Of Your Ps3, If You Made The Account On Your Ps3 And Serial Number Match, You Will Get Your Account Back For Sure! Smile
