Now don't get me wrong or anything.. I've been using sniper rifles for the past week almost. So by no means have I recently started using them and made this assumption that sniping sucks.

The only real success with sniping I had was using an acog scope especially if you are used to running and gunning essentially. Sadly the problem I am having is the no attachments aspect of sniping. The maps are way too small to be using the regular scope unless you are playing on Turbine then it works out fine. But people tend to choose the maps that are extremely small in size so sniping becomes a hassle.

My opinion stands that sniping really isn't all that great. Opinion, tips and tricks anyone?

I managed to get diamond on the snipers, the map which is the biggest on in the chaos moshpit mode, is it carrier? Thats a good one for sniping properly on, I QS though and with the SVU I played hardcore kill confirmed for 1 hit kills and then sprayed it in core pretty much.

Keep using them you'll find what works for you.
