One client which has a high ping throws out the whole lobby.
This why matchmaking is so important, if it throws you into the wrong lobby it can play badly.
When I get host it always with local players on BO2 it fine. MW3 due to how the matchmaking was done very bad time as host.
Simple way of putting it not the lag comp but other factors at play
Matchmaking in theory should always find the best game but does not , the variables change so much.
