(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I will never buy another call of duty game again unless they fix this lag comp issue, this game is pure b.s ,i shoot a guy 4 -6 times and i get 1 hit marker what a joke.So to make it fair because most of the population has cheap high speed internet those that pay for good speed suffer for it,when playing this garbage multiplayer game it,s almost un freekin playable so yes they put out a joke of a game it has a great concept but activision and others have made it unplayable,so again cod will never see another dollar from me,back to madden.

You will buy the next CoD title just like 99% of the people that say "I will never buy CoD game again"

You will, we all know you will.... pointless thread.

Why is it that whenever we have a term or Activision employee name we love spewing it out every chance we get?

Lag comp affects the host for one, and for two maybe you're just finding laggy lobbies. I doubt you're pumping 3-4 totally accurate shots and the enemy kills you in one
. The game was real laggy yesterday for me on PS3 probably thanks to DLC. What I did like most is just say "eff this game" for the night.

No need to make a thread to vent and bark at the moon because we'll be right back on tonight. And look at it this way, if the connections were great you would probably bitch about "overpowered" guns anyway Smile

Wish people would stop throwing lag comp around as the main reason for the latency issues aka lag. Most people misuse the term and it only used because it easier compared to throwing around a couple dozen terms.

You think people using the term would google it and read up on it nope!

It's one thing if you were host of the lobby. That's usually the person who gets screwed by lag compensation now. Secondly there was at least a 60% increase of the players online last night due to Revolution coming out which in part caused tons of lobbies to become laggy. And it's Call of Duty, expect bullshit and learn to get around it by using strategy. I.e choke points etc.

Worst case scenario... you get off the game for the night?

Without a doubt lag compensation is the most common phrase you hear on Call of Duty now. It used to be host advantage or lag switcher. People just repeat what they hear from other players and from commentators on YouTube. I do miss the good ole host advantage does though lol.

Agreed with all above.

Everyone knows when a DLC gets released everyone wants a go hence lag only an idiot would moan about it just stay off for the release day and a couple after problem solved. I always do. Besides usually the host would feel the lag more than anyone. Can't blame the populations Internet speed when it's your Internet that would affect the game better Internet means less lag or did you miss that memo about faster bandwidth?

Face it you suck if you count how many times you think you shot someone if you had then that little hit marker would have flashed 3/4 times then they would be dead not other way around.

Now stop moaning go do something then go back on it tomorrow and try again

Much the same way people learn of the Robert Bowlings of the world and send them threats as if they single-handedly make these games and every decision that goes into it.

In fairness it was laggy last night but definitely not to "omg this game sucks and I will never play again levels".

I had moderate connection and soon as I noticed I reset router and jt played better open. I did have lots of 3bar and fake 4bar connections. You can judge lag by shotguns. Since they can kill in one shot you feel that warped death where you shot 3 bullets and then boom you're looking at killcam.

When the DLC comes out I wait a couple hours before playing it. More players come online and it smooths out. Same deal with nuketown I notice a change in the matchmaking the first couple hours.
Yea reset your router helps make sure it not your end.

If you want to notice a real difference do wireless to wired and also change the channel :p

Ive been wired for about 9 months now. Didn't think to change channel. Does that really help?
