Scar isn't underrated it's just that SMGs dominate the game and besides that there is a decent amount of gun parity. Skorpion isn't really underrated either, it's a great SMG but only within close situations. You didn't really even say what makes the guns great, you just said they are underused compared to how powerful they can be.

I'd say Swat 556 or even Chicom would be underrated way before Scar and Skorpion.

Technically shotguns are least used only because of their limited range and inconsistency. Shotguns are not overpowered. As I always say look at the score of the player using the shotgun. Just because he one shots you(probably in close range anyway) doesn't mean the gun is OP and he's just dominating the game. Chances are he gets 1 MAYBE 2 kills then proceeds to die 3-4 times. I rarely see a shotgun guy pull better than a 1.0 kdr in game.

In all honest I couldn't give a crap about youtube views. I do call of duty videos on youtube because I'm good at call of duty. Therefore WILL do commentaries about any call of duty topic I like.

I know quite a lot of people that can get 2+ KD running a shotty setup. Also Swat is definitely underrated and I totally forgot about that gun! Chicom isn't underrated it's just terrible. ALSO I play a lot of competitive and so to me the scar and scorpion are very underrated for that whereas on public they aren't that underrated due to the campiness of players.

You can't compare competitive modes to pub anyway since there isn't a lot of gun variety in competitive gaming anyway. People generally will pick the 3 most popular guns whether they are the best or not. Then if someone finds an underrated gun, it will be the new popular gun. Hell in competitive gaming any gun not named PDW, MSMC, M8A1 or maybe FAL is going to be underrated. I'm not hating on competitve gaming but it features the least amount of gun variety anyway.

Competitve gaming campers are harder to stop than pub campers as well. I'm sure you can get 50+ kill games even if people are camping in public.

Sure really good players can get 2 or even 3 kdr with shotguns or even a pistol but the average player isn't really good and putting a weapon with limitations like shotguns have aren't going to do them any favors especially since they probably won't avoid areas where they don't have an edge in the gunfight.

What the actual fuck are you talking about ? Chicom dominates with Fire Select or even better if you have a trigger finger.

So am I missing something??? These are underrated guns in public or competitive or both? Or are you saying they are underused in Public and/or Competitive?

You seem to be commentating about pub matches but all your rebuttals are coming from some competitive pedestal.(not meant as a diss just can't think of better word lol.)

Not really sure how the scorpion is underatted. IMO, it has to be the best gun in the game. Thats just me and im sure other people disgree with that. What you can't disagree with is the amount of people that use it. There is always atleast one or two people using that gun in a match.

I can't really comment on the scar-h because I really blow with that gun. I don't think it is the gun but more of personal preference.

It's in general your just thinking too bloody hard about it. Yes no variety in competitive like you said in your first post but the guns i mentioned are still underrated on competitive ALSO they are underrated on pub.

I agree it is more personal preference but when i've played public I never see anyone use the scorpion hence why i mentioned it and when playing competitive all i see people use is MSMC or PDW.
