your first idea is basically the same as mine (only my idea the snipers are out the map and u see there muzzle flash to find them).
your sr71 idea probly wont work because from what i know sr71s never had weaponry on board, this was a spy plane used for spying out of sight from radars and could jam radars aswell.
(maybe if you could fly it like a uav and get assists for every enemy you spot, or a full kill for making them clear for your team, but again it would be a waste in FFA)

I would like to see a few game types that disable killstreaks...
But As for killstreaks I like the standard...everyone has the same setup idea...

yah i guess the sr 71 couldnt but maybe instead of uav we could have a U2 take photos of the ground and rellay them to our maps!

-Artillery strike
-attack dogs
-Napalm
-Gas bomb that hits a certain area spreading posing gas killing enemies slowly and slows them down.
-SR-71 Heavy Bombing Raid
