I've compiled EVERY bit of info I could get; I was following the Twitter and watching Justin.tv on my iPhone because I was capped haha.

New Features:
Currency System - players rank up as normal, and earn Currency on how well they play, as well as other factors. As they level up, Features become unlocked (unsure how broad this is), and players can then buy components of these features with CP. This means you can NOT buy any item that is in the game, as soon as you have the money, as it must be unlocked first.
Currency is called CoD Points (CP) and is earned by things like having a good k/d ratio, winning games etc.
Contracting - The contracting system requires the player to sacrifice a small amount of CP (possibly buying the contract), in risk of achieving a huge payout from the contract. The contract essentially sets a challenge and a time limit for the player to achieve in game.
Some contracts pay EXP, some pay in CP, some pay both.
Theater features allow you to shift between 1st-person, 3rd-person and Free Cam. Can be shared with community (unsure how)
ALL gameplay in multi is filmed.
Gameplay Features
Akimbo confirmed.
When sprint and proneing, you dive (as shown in Teaser)
Unranked servers fully custom. Ranked customise map.
50 Ranks (well done Travis I think it was), Prestige confirmed.
Unconfirmed how many Prestiges.
Switching weapons takes longer.
Game winning killcam confirmed.
Diving through glass gives points.
Falling damage confirmed.
Ranking is stored on servers - NO PRESTIGE HACKS!
Purple heart for showing when people are dead has returned.
"Public" server files - nothing like IW.net.
No Zombie news.
Harder to quickscope (apparently).
DLC for Xbox first (typical)
You can now see how many kills/deaths you have on your HUD, compared to everyone else. This is represented by red and green bars, and saves looking at the scoreboard.
You can now vote to skip two maps in a row.
MW2's gay blood spatter on the screen has been removed.
Combat Training - solo or Co-Op, similar to multi except you VS AI. Separate ranking to Multiplayer.
PC Features -
Dedicated servers rented from GameServers only, ranked and private.
Matchmaking on PC is just having the game pick a server.
Improved server browser for PC.
PC sku will have a record feature.
Steam exclusive game using VAC.
Spectator mode in PC.

Emblem Editor -allows you to completely customise an emblem, and put it on your gun. Similar to Halo.
The emblem editor goes into a huge amount of depth, unlike Halo. In BO's version, you are given a basic shape and can completely change colour, size, thickness of the line, add more shapes/cartoon animals in etc. Check out the Multiplayer Overview in videos for an example.
Custom Facepaint! - Treyarch have gone so far into customisation, you can even customise the facepaint. These facepaints are bought individually.(?)

"Wager" Gametype - Separate from progressive multiplayer. Gamble CP in 4 different FFA-type games.
Top 3 winners take the cash, the rest lose.
Gun Game - Same concept as CSS mod. You start off with a basic gun, (Python), then progress with each kill. Each time you get knifed, you lose a "rank" (drop to the level below in gun ranking).
I saw progression from Python, to Makarov akimbo, to the SPAS, to the Pump-action shotgun, then to MP5K, then to akimbo Scorpions, then to the AK-74u, then to the M1 Garand, then to the M16, then to Commander(?), then to the AUG, then an LMG (not sure which), then to a Bolt-Action Sniper, then to another sniper.
Not sure afterwards, but the game ends with the Ballistic Knife.
Sharpshooter - Everyone starts with the same gun, randomly chosen. Use that same weapon, then weapons get cycled after a period time. Each kill gives you a Perk, then Pro, and a score multiplier.
One in the Chamber - you are given a Makarov with a single bullet. Each kill, you get given an extra bullet. Winner takes all. You get 3 lives.
Sticks and Stones - you are given a Crossbow, Ballistic Knife and a Tomahawk (throwing knife), killing with the throwing knife bankrupts the enemy.

5 – Care Package (Same as MW2; throw out smoke marker, crate dropped containing random killstreak)
5 – Napalm Strike (Airstrike of Napalm, which is a highly flammable explosive)
6 – Sentry Gun $3200 (Same as MW2)
6 – Mortar Team (Similar to W@W, except choose 3 spots)
7 – Attack Helicopter (Same as CoD4/MW2)
7 – Valkyrie Rockets (Remote controlled Missile) $4000
8 – BlackBird $4500 (Sexy Black Plane, similar to Harriers. Functions as a UAV, as well as showing which way they face on the map. Can't be shot down)
8 – Rolling Thunder $4500 (Bomber Plane)
9 - Chopper Gunner $5000 (Same as MW2, but slower. You control Gatling Gun)
11 – Attack Dogs $6000 (Same as W@W)
11 - Gunship $6000 (Controllable helicopter, fly and shoot.)
The Death Machine (Gatling Gun), as well as the Grim Reaper (M202 Flash) are rare occurrence in a Care Package, rather than an unlockable weapon. (Thanks Slice)
RC Car Controversy
Enemies can blow it up, balancing it out a bit. It also leaves you vulnerable to enemies especially as it takes time to find enemies. There is no timer. (RC Races!

Holy crap, nice rep man! hahaha. Yeah I think most people realise that ammo is dropped in care packages, and I noted the 2 possible weapons as well.

yeah i saw that you had just after i posted lol. and my rep is no good, i used to have a red star but i guess i've been too good since then cause its reverted back to the bars
