A new, healthy set of perks has been confirmed for Black Ops. It features many familiar perks from previous games and a few new ones, essential for multiplayer gameplay.
Tier 1
- Lightweight - Move faster
- Scavenger - Replenish your ammo from fallen enemies
- Ghost - Undetectable by Spy Plane and Blackbird
- Flak Jacket - Higher explosives resistance
- Hardline - Earn killstreak rewards earlier
Tier 2
- Hardened - Deeper bullet penetration
- Scout - Longer hold breath
- Steady Aim - Increased hipfire accuracy
- Slight of Hand - Faster reloading
- Warlord - Use two attachments on primary weapon
Tier 3
- Marathon - Sprint for a longer time
- Ninja - Silent footsteps
- Second Chance - Revive yourself and teammates
- Hacker - Claim enemy equipment as your own
- Tactical Mask - Tear gas and flashbang resistance

What I know is that flat jacket pro is like juggernaut, hardened pro is like stopping power, and second chance pro gives you your primary weapon to shoot :p.

The Pro perks are not yet revealed.
But people say with Hacker Pro you can booby trap enemy care packages and 'hack' their claymores and other equipment to make them friendly.

You really do need a better source for BO info. Marathon is in the game yes, but it isn't unlimited sprint. Just a longer sprint time. Ghost, lulwut? It's called Radar Jammer, from cod4. Tac mask is called Shades, WaW. And Hacker steals CoD points from your enemy when you kill them.
