Did you look at what I put after? I put that IW have left the COD franchise so there won't be a lawsuit.

This is exactly what you posted: That was infinity wards thing. That's like MW2 having zombies. It doesn't happen that way.
I just had to tell you that just because it's Infinity's thing, doesn't mean that Treyarch can't use it.
