I'm stoked that Black Ops won't be plagued with "wannabee" quickscopers like Modern Warfare 2 is. Snipers will snipe and quickscoping will require skill.

i think they may add it in for a patch if so many people request it for like a week or 2 then if its bad take it away

I started Quick scoping since WaW, then I went back to cod4.

Looking forward to it, I only had COD 4 on PC and all I used was MP5 (yea yea)

Then WaW for a while on XBOX rented (then sold Xbox and got PS3) , and then MW2....

I only quickscope in private matches,not because I'm not good (but I'm not great either), just because its boring for me online....maybe with this I'll try it.
