When opening a Care Package it briefly states, "Hold X for Valkyrie OR Double Tap to Try Again". Most users saw this as only being useful if your using the Care Package killstreak.

That wasn't a care package you seen in the video showing evidence of Double Tap for Hardline Pro...

If you ever watched the full video he obtained Valkyrie Rockets as a killstreak which was unlocked at 7 kills (killstreaks do not stack, no arguing). The player marked the drop zone for the Valkyrie Rockets,
the rockets are delivered in Care Package w/ two rockets (more realistic feel).
^The Rockets are timed, if you notice the green bar to the right symbolizes fuel.
In my opinion this makes two rockets, balanced.

Back to my point,
Hardline Pro will not be used only for Care Packages but any killstreak that's dropped in, how exactly?

I think this is not bad at all. I'd still rather get killed by a rocket that somebody has earned throught a killstreak, than a noobtube.

Or somebody that has killed you with a chopper gunner from a second chance at a care package...

Rage Quit material:

    A noob using Hardline Pro gets a four killstreak

He calls in his care package and it displays a Spy Plane

He tries again and it displays Attack Dogs/Gunship

Most people are only going to "try again" if they get a low killstreak. That means they'll either get an equivalent killstreak, or a better one. That seems unbalanced to me. They should have just removed the care package all together, to be honest.

I agree with removing it. This way, noobs who can't get high killstreaks will use the care package to obtain them. Although, i dont think the idea of getting a new care package is bad. It's actually pretty cool.

Why would you try again if you gotten a good killstreak, course you'll use it with low killstreaks.

The chances of this happening are not that high at all.
I believe Treyarch made it so certain killstreaks could not be obtained via Care Package
...but don't quote me on it.

Why remove it? It's an useful killstreak.

• Can be stolen.
  
• Can now be shot down.
  
• Can be used as bait.
  
• Can be used to set traps w/ Hacker.
