I think that the bolt action rifle has a base damage of 90 if I remember right so multipliers will make common one shot kills.

No Stopping Power/Jugg is very very smart (they can still make the guns as strong as they want). Without Stopping/Danger/Jugg it really opens up Perk 2 and makes class set ups less predictable (I hope). Who knows what the pro versions of hardened,flak jacket, and tact mask will be. Hopefully, they are not stopping/jugg/danger but just under a different name.

All snipers are one shot kills if it hits anywhere above the legs. If it hits the legs then you will get a hit marker. Pretty good really. What idiot aims for legs :|

finally there is a reason for other perks in your 2nd slot but i think they shouldn't have put in Deep penetration in ethier who needs it everyone should have the same health and same amout of stopping power and same amount of bullet penetration thne no one can bitch when they die
