Wrong, you can still get one shot kills. And don't quote me on this but I think they amped up the snipers power a bit too. No stopping power is a good thing. Keeps the game balanced.

In Hutch's gameplay he gets a one shot kill to the lower back. I also believe I saw another video where someone gets a one shot kill to the body. I do think they would up the damage on the snipers too.

it'll b interesting 2 c wat people use as their perk instead of stopping power, plus now u wont hav the factor where u put it on the guns it becomes more powerful when take it off it becomes less

Quick scope will return (i think so, Sleight of Hand pro wont affect sniper..), they made sniper way powerful now (YAY).. But i way miss stopping power

The 1.4x damage multiplier that Stopping Power would give you will probably be attached to the Black Ops sniper rifles by default. That would be common sense.
