It seams as if what happened with mw2 last year could be about to happen again with Black ops!
Retail copies of the game have been stolen and are thought to be released (as a iso ?) very soon !

the individuals that put the time and effort in making it will get paid/have gotten paid,
i wouldn't see it effecting them too much with what this game is gonna gross at,
