He runs up to a fenced wall and there is a guy jumping up and down into it? He must have been trying to get out of the map or something. Treyarch obviously patches glitches, but they cause a lot of problems for the week or so they go unfixed. This is only the beta, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the full game.

well, if it was a breach and he knew about it... he didnt manage to get in it for the whole game that i noticed anyway even after the host migration that you guys didnt see (nothing happened anyway, thats why i cut it off... but i didnt see anybody out the map at all)

I like hacing, its why i joined NGU but i will probably wait to see if there is a banhammer beofre using any hacks if we can develop any

Lol! I didn't expect the person who made this video to be on NGU. It must not have been a glitch then if he didn't get out or you didn't see him there more than once.

when i was playing and saw him i thought the **** is this fella doing... he was probably just trying to find a way through rather than actualy knowing about it
