He runs up to a fenced wall and there is a guy jumping up and down into it? He must have been trying to get out of the map or something. Treyarch obviously patches glitches, but they cause a lot of problems for the week or so they go unfixed. This is only the beta, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the full game.

In all the gameplay i have seen, i usually see someone jumping against that wall.

So I must be right, there must be a glitch there. I guess I know where to go get some kills on this map once the game comes out. Kill the wall humpers!

It'll be a wall breach. Treyarch will be sure to patch them in the first week though

I'm sure treyarch already has a patch ready for like the third day its out. Not ready, because it's no glitches have really been found, but ready as in there ready to have a make a patch.
