...? No. Some are completely locked. If you go over them it doesn't give you the option to buy and equip/buy/cancel. But theres others if you haven't bought it then it is greyed out (I believe) but you can still click on it. And then there is the m16 which is always unlocked. C'mon man. Watch some of the videos. I don't know how thats a "fuked up question" at all. It's the truth.

Edit: oh and ones that are locked actually have a locked symbol to the right of them.

You first unlock the gun or feature at a certain level, then you can purchase what you want of it with CoD Points.
