First of all if someone already has a legit copy of this game right now then it could go for atleast $200. Easily. I believed UngodlyLeaker or whoever made around $2000-$4000 from donations for having him put the iso up. Now to the On Topic part...
If this is actually legit I think you should just make a new psn and go online. If they ban you just call up sony and say your grandma got you the game for your birthday and that she did not know it wasn't released yet. And neither did you. Send them the receipt (if you got one) and if not just hope your console doesn't get banned.
But I'm pretty sure this has already been proven to be fake...so...

First of all that Halo 4 case he made looks really shitty. The picture the OP posted is him holding the case sideways, which I'm not saying is impossible, but I think it would be pretty hard to edit it and have it look like that. There's been youtube videos of people with the full game CD too.

Agreed. It looks pretty legit. But he could have just made the side and the front and slipped it into a ps3 case. It'd be easier to make the side IMO.
