Unfortunately i can't access online because I heard of people getting banned for those types of things and I doubt servers are up.
Ill post more stuff this weekend if I get a chance... I just wanted to ask a simple question and get back to my studies.

It is a possibility that it could be real but a very slim possibility that it is. He probably just printed out the cover from online some how and put it in a PS3 case he had.

If this is actually legit I think you should just make a new psn and go online. If they ban you just call up sony and say your grandma got you the game for your birthday and that she did not know it wasn't released yet. And neither did you. Send them the receipt (if you got one) and if not just hope your console doesn't get banned.
But I'm pretty sure this has already been proven to be fake...so...

I think I should make a thread about how TREYARC CANNOT CONSOLE BAN YOU! Sony do not give a flying **** about third party games unlike Microsoft so if I had the chance I would go straight online. Even if Treyarc do get in contact with Sony to ask about the console ID I highly DOUBT THEY WOULD GIVE IT. LOOOOL.

Precisely. The amount of people that think Sony ban for anything (besides credit card fraud) is amazing.

so true. I think they may start on banning people if they manage a jailbreak on 3.50 aswell but the only banning ive seen them do so far is credit card fraud.
EDIT: They may ban one of your PSN's but it is so easy to create a new one right? =D
