I agree with DAN if you can get it in a "LEGIT" way early then so be it, I don't see how you can but so be it. The only advantage you would have getting it early is to do the campaign get all the trophy's and on the 9th you can concentrate on only "MP".

The only true way to know what will happen if you go online early. Is to take the game your friend supposedly has to WALMART OR TARGET give the guy in the game section $5 bucks to open the case where the PS3 is held, pop the game in use the in-store wife create an account and proceed to go online if something happens oh well it's the stores fault take your game home and write a thread about the msg you got..LOL

It's only 18 days until the release. No doubt it's been shipped to stores by now. I'm sure a few copies have gone missing in the process
