Hahaha that's soo fake! That's not even the correct disk cover 
Trust me I KNOW alot about black ops and getting it early and such. It's as easy as printing it out and gluing on a disk.

I can see it being real. Best Buy should be getting their batch in the warehouse soon and I remember when I worked their we had a corrupt manager who would let us buy games early. There are plenty like him out there.
