This mean's Treyarch have NOT done enough to prevent it from being hacked.

Lets look back on some things here...

Cod4 - got hacked then patched, But after a while you could bypass and edit your score with people who're also bypassed. Fair enough, You could add a million or two onto your leaderboard, Nothing wrong there.

WaW - Only few people hacked this, Hunter LOL.. Putting his score to maxed out.
Well people putting their score to maxed out shows a couple of things.
1. They think they're "leet"
2. They want to show off to friend's.
3. They want to "show off" to people.

Then after a while the leaderboards just went totally messed up, Everybody 11th prestige (nothing wrong with that)
Everybody with the maxed out score... I mean c'mon really whats the point?
You go into one game and get a couple of kill's BOOM your into -max score.

Then if you do this on a dummy account then if you have a real account that has real legit score.. well its no longer legit.

If you play 30 Days Played and you get 3million score.
Puts you around 50,000 places on the leaderboard.. then REALLY your not supposed to be there, Remove ALL the hackers and BOOM you'll be about 10,000

thats about 40,000 "hackers" who have maxed out score.
THATS NOT EVEN INCLUDING -MAX SCORE !

MW2-
Well well well... The game that kicked off cod "hacking"

Yes at first we had a little prestige hack and some other little things.
Then after we knew it, Here we are :O

Just like I said with WaW.. Your leaderboard is fake.
Go to #1 and go down, I bet you can't get to 20,000 without being bored of seeing max score.

Then go to bottom, I bet you can't get to 5,000.

Black Op's...

Well STILL if you can't get the picture I'll type it easy for you :y:

Whats the point going out and buying Black Op's when you'll play your heart out for hour, days or even weeks.

Then after A while you'll think "hmm, Who's #1 then?"

You'll go and take a look and they'll be 2 people with maxed score.

You'll be say.. 5,002 BUT REALLY because of the hackers.. your 5,000 on the leaderboard

Then after a week, You take another look and you've dropped to 50,000 and your like ":O WHAT I HAVEN'T STOPPED PLAYING YET!!!!!"

so you take a look at the top and everybody's got the max score, Ruining the game your £45 or $60 you paid for it and all them hour's you sat playing while drinking energy drinks.

Another words, Black op's will turn out to be MW2 with new maps.

Leaderboards do not affect me. If they did I would have quit MW2 long ago. I play to get better and have fun. I went from like 65k in mw2 to about 260k. And it doesn't really bother me at all.

Honestly I see what your saying but you really don't have much of any valid information on if this game will be hackable or not because first off MW1 & MW2 were not made by Treyarch they were made by Infinity Ward so the only valid data you can use is from World At War not the previous games of the CoD series.

Second of all looking at World At War there was not a really serious issue with hacking and all the other B.S we've encountered with MW2 or maybe even MW1 but first off MW1 wasn't that bad I gotta say Activision and Infinity Ward did a pretty good job there wasn't much hacking either but the only reason MW2 was ****ed up is because they rushed it they didn't really take the time to produce the game enough we all know this they were just a tad money hungry after making one of the biggest selling games in the industry so I don't blame them but that's part of the reason MW2 is so damn bad it's because they saw that we wanted more and they gave it to us....

Well back to Black Ops anyways look at WaW it wasn't bad at all barely any hacking or shit like we had in MW2 no Command nubs or Painkiller hoes so I doubt it will get any worse but looking at how MW1 came into MW2 I have my doubts we all do it might be a little hard for us to go from a game like MW2 to a not so ****ed up game but we'll see I mean Treyarch unlike Infinity Ward has taken there time to make this game so i think it will be much better they've taken about 3 or 4 years to make it so unlike Infinity Ward so we'll see what happens this time and I gotta say with the features there implementing I wouldn't be surprised if the game actually did well.

Also the only thing that was hacked was really the leader boards which who cares about them I mean I used to be pretty upsessed with mine also but it's really not a big deal but I'm sure there won't be any of that shit in this game but hey let's see I mean the only thing that made this game bad was how they developed it with they gay perks the machine pistols and all that other B.S so idk I guess we've gotta see, I would go on more but I honestly don't feel like it there could of been 10000 things I could of told you so I dono

Also stats are B.S they really don't mean shit your supposed to have fun I bet you if leaderboards weren't even invented most of the FPS games would be alot more enjoyable but it's not just that it's the perspective you take on the game I mean if you think the game is gonna be shit it's gonna be hard to actually have fun while playing you should try it out see what ya think the game is for fun not about so imaginary stats that's supposed to tell people how good you are

Leaderboards aren't the only reason to play

Yeah except now trey is adding the more "advanced" leaderboards and stat tracking like w@w to kept track of unique methods of killing and all that biz. Personally I could give two shits about the whole kdr thing(lol that you can see your kdr in game while your playing) but I would be much rather focused and having fun by completing challenges and getting so many kills with this gun etc.

Well I guess you're not buying any other future COD games because every COD has leaderboard hackers/boosters.

Cpt s ur a very smart person i myself am getting black ops from november 7-9 to december 31 thats the time i give black ops to appeal to me with little to no BS hopefully

I'd rather not see the leaderboards turn out like MW2, but if they do whatever. I'm not using any prestige hack to gain prestiges. I'm going play legit and get to the highest rank myself. That will be more than enough fun for me and my $60, plus the addition of single player and zombies.
