@DavidVonderhaar - On Black Ops MP Splitscreen online multiplayer, can 2 people play online using their own accouns or one is a guest?

@Dodi_94 Lots of confusion on this. Most of it my fault. Guest accounts for both platforms. Xbox also allows guest or 2 Live profiles.

no if u thought about it they have the same thing for halo were u can sign in under 2 accounts so it was going to be a stranded for black ops on xbox im still happy wit the two for ps3

I don't think it's because the ps3 isn't capable. They could do persistant stat tracking without signing in on psn. All they would have to do is have you make an account on their black ops website, linking YOUR psn to YOUR black ops account (the one that gets tracked by the server) When you play splitscreen online you could sign in to your black ops account get your information from the server. Nothing too hard here, just ****ing microsoft buying out all that they can as a last resort before they start losing ground.

We have the feature, but its on a GUEST ACCOUNT. that has been stated many times.

Its not giving Xbox advantages, its just giving PS3 dis advantages.

I accept you getting maps 1 month before...hell I'd be OK with 2 months...but difference in the original game as it comes? No, that is not fair.

You will give Treyarch 60 bucks, and so will I, so why should I get punished? Because I don't pay Microsoft? that's Microsoft's problem, not Treyarch's..

Then again, that alliance thing....

It's because Microsoft is throwing money at 3rd party developers trying to gain some more customers before Sony overtakes them in 2011. Although this is more a problem with the Ps3 its self, there are ways around it. Like a posted before. This is the one thing I'm a little skeptical about. Other than that Treyarch is doing a great job. Hell, maybe I'll even call them up and see if I can talk to a developer XD

It's not treyarch's fault, the ps3 isnt capable of having multiple users signed in, just 'guests'
