killzone2 had the same reporting system and it failed. anyone would report anyone. it doesnt work.

Pretty sure TA keeps records of each game that a file is reported in. That's why there's a theatre mode this time around.

Thats EXACTLY what I was thinking of saying, but I'm not quite familiar with Black ops. Yeah, in other online games like Crossfire on the PC, you record the Game video, and you submit the video for reviewing, you get banned instantly!

I think TreyArch just reads these type of forums and they want to make the crybabies and whiners happy, that's why they took so much out. I dont think they will follow through with half of this stuff though. Boosters are lame and all, but "snitching" on a booster seems pretty lame
