Well this could work if treyarch can actually watch the last matches played by the reported player and find out that they actually were cheating. However, I think that there will be way too many reports for them to handle, since the community in general in every CoD game has been horrible, I can see D-bags reporting people for no reason and eventually just making the system useless.
