For some reason on black ops you can't hear the enemies footsteps even if there not using ninja. At first i though maybe if i get get ninja pro, I might be ble to hear them but, that didnt work either.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is this just how the game is gonna be or do you think there gonna fix this problem?

If they have no ninja on, you can hear them.


If they have ninja on, and you have ninja pro, silence is what you hear, but you will hear some footsteps but not as loud. Just like mw2 ninja pro.

YOu might hear them running through bushes and stuff. Not a glitchh

Have you played it? Im playing it on the ps3 not sure if you are too. Ive asked almost everyone that has had a mic on and they all say the same thing. You hear your team mates but not the enemies.

Ya I've heard from quite a few people it's super hard to hear peoples foot steps. Even with a good headset. And wingsofredemption said he doesn't even bother using a headset because you can't hear anything more. Unless he has to talk to someone. And you also can barely hear someone defusing the bomb.

i personally hate this , as i play gamebattles a lot , and i hate people who just run around knowing they cant be heard , thats why cod4 was a lot more tatical

Bit off topic but does Sitrep counter balance it?

It's not tactical it's cheap, it just gives you an unfair advantage. Now it will be more narrowly about your skill with the weapon at hand.
