Inifinity ward, graphics seem more crisp and clear. Always seems like Treyarch is foggy and old.

IW would easily have my vote until they released MW2. Went severely down in my estimations with that, especially as they refused to patch game ruining exploits.

Even if black ops is fixed this is how it breaks down:

Infinity Ward - COD, COD2, COD4, MW2

Treyarch - COD3, WAW, BOPS

Every game infinity ward made has been excellent overall despite some of the issues with modern warfare 2, but none of them literally made the game unplayable; unpleasant, sure, but no unplayable. On the other hand treyarch was responsible for the pile of shit that was COD3 but WAW was ok. Its too early to rank black ops, but at the moment its looking like a promising game, although with too many issues with regards to playability (specifically ps3/pc).
