um well i just chase him and keep shooting better when theres 4 of you can see him and just unloading bullets into him then he dies

This Is What I Do But It Doesn't Work.

well the best way too do it is too get 4 guys then whoever the thief is running after just tell him too run away and dont get caught (this way the thief cant teleport) then the other 3 just shoot him

i think you just have to unload everything into his head by what iv heard :/

Ive only killed him once but i had the HS-10 and I chased him down until I had about 16 shots left, After you kill him he drops power ups and you get back the guns he stole

There is probably some merit in the idea of planting claymores for him...I'm guessing the most effective way is not to place it facing him as he is running at you, but face the claymore in the direction of your retreat. He's so fast that the claymore may not trigger in time to catch him while he's facing forward, but he's bound to get it if he's running towards the backplate and triggering it as he runs away from it and towards you.

UPGRADE THE PISTOL the one you start with keep it till you get to pack a punch and upgrade it and just hope he comes early on and position yourself behind where he spawns and just use that.
it upgrades like it did in der riese (noob toob) but its now akimbo if done right you can kill him before he gets up the stairs.
either that or prey for an lucky ass instant kill

just keep 1 weapon in the start then when he comes buy a shitty one then take it out he steals the shitty one problem solved
