yes only Treyarch have the private keys ATM we will get them soon

No they are not. Honestly go learn something about RSA encryption before posting on the subject.

The private key is most likely on an offline Treyarch developer server/servers. Chances of getting the private key are slim. Unless they are even more retarded than we think they may be online with mssql and we could root the box. We will see.
