Simple, Some objects that are destructable have Hitmarkers, specifically that Generator/Fusebox you hit, thus causing damage to the object making it look as if you have damaged someone.

Guys obviously he didn't throw a grenade or anything it had something to do with the tomahawk. Im agreeing with it might of exploded the generator but it doesnt really look like it... idk

No, he hit the generator. How do you throw a tomahawk, hit a person at least 8 feet away, and get a hitmarker EXACTLY when you throw the tomahawk? -.-
