as said above nope but death machine is Smile(not in random box tho)

theres a thread about it!once u get the powerup kill urself with a grenade then get revived there u have it!unlimited ammo and time!Eek

Theres A Flamethrower attachment if u pack a punch the Ak47 but its not unlimited..
