I like the gameplay how you have to play defensive but its kind of frusturating how you cant play fast ( Fast is fun ) and with black ops you cant do anything. Like you cant even jump on tables ffs. Oppinions ?

i went back to MW2 for an hour yesterday...

It only slightly fails on the Ps3/PC. Why can't consoles have dedicated servers? No more host leaving, fix all the lag shit.

I LOVE it. Once I found some guns I liked, and learned the maps, it made it really fun to play.

it was pretty dissapointing.

I must say that I liked MW2 better MINUS the Noobtubing, Commando, and super boosting.

But Black Ops is a great game, and I can't see myself going back to MW2. The maps just seem to be sorta lackluster besides a few. I do feel that some of the people who act like they love it so much are just afraid to say they miss MW2 a little lol.

I watched a Blame Truth commentary and he was saying how it's great and he hated MW2, and I thought that was strange since he made commentaries and played A LOT of MW2 and still raped. When I don't like a game, I don't play it flat out.

Pros for me are:

-Noobtubing isn't rampant at all, person can't shoot them in the sky and kill you.
-It's early and i like watching as people go from loving it to talking about what's "overpowered" and all the other excuses people use for dying.
-Customization and theater mode, especially if we can just do whole videos at some point

Cons:
Maps are lackluster
-Camos and weapon attachments can be bought which seems way too easy
-Mortar Team is terrible and I miss the Pavelow
-Terrible secondaries, I was one of the people who liked Shotgun, Machine Pistol secondaries from MW2. I understand some people are lame and cry about getting raped by a Spas but why nerf the shotties if they are Primary weapons now? If you use a Shotgun in this game, you're asking to get raped.

If I could take the customization, lack of Danger Close/OMA and Zombies from this game and add it too MW2, I'd be happy

I really enjoy this game, the only downside is the lag and constant frame by frame lag. But the guns are alright, unlike MW2, you can use any gun and expect a kill because of the similarities, but in MW2 you have to be picky over the guns because guns like the UMP45/FAM16/TAR could outgun almost every gun on the game.

The audio has devastation written all over it.

The kill-streaks are all right, I just don't see a lot of players using the spy plane due to the Ghost perk. Its really useful regardless, because if 2 players spawn in a quarter radius, then the ghost user is bound to be somewhere around them.

I like the cash setup because even if mods are discovered, it would be worthless due to the easier unlocks this game provides.

The graphics are beast (IMO)

The matchmaking is getting awful, I can't even control my party in the game. But there are solutions, if your hosting the lobby, start it and wait until your alone, wait another 4-10 seconds and once the map selection/lobby is interpreted, your entire lobby should get transferred as well.

Customization, map layout, design and mostly everything is fine though. I actually do really good (4 games negative overall and had the game since midnight launch, and yes I do contribute in the objective). And I feel that I can run around and do good, or control the map structure and do good. On MW2 it had to be constant camp,,,rinse,,,repeat.

Overall though, prob my best MP experience yet.
